WHAT WE DO
RESIDENTIAL
Our personal housekeeping services provide a top-to-bottom cleaning for your entire property…or just the details that are important to you. We take the time needed to clean ‘problem’ areas, such as kitchens and bathrooms effectively, from your shower tile to your kitchen baseboards.

We also offer other special intensive cleaning services, such as rental property move-out detailing or move-in prep. These include assistance with packing or storage, and special or more-detailed services such as oven cleaning, detail cleaning of problem areas like the refrigerator, shelf paper in kitchen and bathroom. COMMERCIAL
Commercial cleaning services start with a package of standard services, but can be customized for your office’s specific needs at a reasonable cost.
Here are a few samples of our basic office and facility clean services:

Control the appearance of your floors by vacuuming and/or sweeping, and ensure that your baseboards will be swept free of dust at least once a month

Mop hard surface floors with clear water or a germicidal solution at your option

Dust and clean top corners and horizontal surfaces and corners (including windowsills, ledges, cleared surfaces and unobstructed work areas of desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture and displays, shelving, picture frame tops, doors, vents, and pipes) as needed

Sanitize telephones

Empty and damp-wipe waste receptacles (and ashtrays if you have them)

Thoroughly clean and mop your restrooms: with a germicidal solution, and clean mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets and sinks using disinfectant and detergents as needed. Refilling of soap and paper products will be performed with supplies you furnish to us
